Rabeprazole is an anti-ulcer narcotic in the class of proton pump-Hemmstoffen. It was developed by Eisai Co and is put on the market by Janssen-Cilag as rabeprazole sodium under the trade name AcipHex (expressed itself "acifex", on pH covering), in the United States, Pariet in Japan and Canada, & Rablet in India.
